Community Housing Works CASH Program

• Subordinate loan for $10,000 with payments deferred for 5 years. The interest rate is 3%.
   
• Can only be applied toward closing costs, but not toward down payment,
   
• Household income limited to 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
   
• Borrower must complete a HUD-Approved Course.
   
• Program is access through Community Housing Works
